Vero Lumière offers skincare, cosmetics, and other beauty products.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, colors, shades, packaging, and other product information. However, actual product appearance may vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, packaging updates, and device displays.

Cosmetic shades and colors may appear differently depending on skin tone, lighting conditions, application method, and individual device settings.

Product availability, formulations, packaging, specifications, and product offerings may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time.

3) Product Use, Ingredients & Individual Results

Our skincare, cosmetic, and beauty products are intended to be used in accordance with the directions, warnings, and ingredient information provided with the product or displayed on the Site.

Individual skin types, sensitivities, preferences, and results vary. We do not guarantee that a particular product will produce a specific cosmetic result for every customer.

You are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and usage instructions before using a product, particularly if you have known sensitivities or allergies.

If you experience irritation or an unwanted reaction, discontinue use of the product.

Product descriptions, beauty information, educational content, and other materials available through the Site are provided for general informational purposes and are not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4) Pricing & Billing

Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, or other fees will be displayed where applicable during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or other errors, including after an order has been submitted. If an order is affected by a material pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information so that we can process and fulfill your order.

5) Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

• Pricing or listing errors

• Product availability or inventory issues

• Payment authorization problems

• Suspected resale or other prohibited activity

• Shipping or fulfillment limitations

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Customer-requested cancellations or changes are subject to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders generally may only be canceled or modified before they enter processing or fulfillment. Once processing or fulfillment has begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

6) Processing, Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders may be processed and fulfilled by Vero Lumière and/or third-party fulfillment, manufacturing, and shipping partners.

Processing and shipping timelines provided on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays

• Weather conditions

• Holidays and peak shipping periods

• Supply-chain disruptions

• Customs processing

• Incorrect or incomplete customer address information

• Other events outside our control

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Our responsibilities regarding incorrect addresses, damaged packages, delivery issues, and similar matters are further described in our applicable store policies.

7) Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacement requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because skincare and cosmetic products involve hygiene, safety, and product-integrity considerations, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, or had their protective seal removed.

We do not generally offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with characteristics such as color, shade, scent, texture, consistency, or product feel.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, compromised, or incorrect, you should contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances, product availability, and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

8) Accuracy of Information

We attempt to provide accurate and current information on the Site, but information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to:

is owned by or licensed to Vero Lumière and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Site content without prior authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

10) Customer Reviews & Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, feedback, or other content through the Site, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, threatening, obscene, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

To the extent permitted by law and subject to any applicable submission terms displayed when content is provided, you grant Vero Lumière permission to use content you voluntarily submit for purposes related to operating, improving, and promoting the business and Services.

We reserve the right to remove submitted content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment services, social platforms, or other services that are not owned or controlled by Vero Lumière.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms of third-party services.

Your use of a third-party service is subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vero Lumière and its owners, affiliates, employees, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, Services, or products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for a claim arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Vero Lumière for the product giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15) Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vero Lumière and its affiliates, owners, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from:

• Your material breach of these Terms

• Your unlawful misuse of the Site or Services

• Your violation of another person's rights

20) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

21) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business practices, products, Services, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
